Scope of Work

  • Assessment and documentation of existing electrical and lighting systems
  • Design and planning for electrical subdivision and independent metering
  • Safe removal and decommissioning of outdated panels, wiring, and fixtures
  • Installation of new main distribution panels for each warehouse unit
  • Supply and installation of three individual utility meters with proper segregation
  • Separation and re-routing of branch circuits for each unit
  • Replacement of existing light fixtures with energy-efficient LED fixtures equipped with motion sensors
  • Installation of dedicated lighting controls and occupancy sensors for each unit
  • Testing, labeling, and commissioning of all electrical and lighting systems
  • Coordination with the local utility provider for meter activation and final inspection
